State Privacy Rights
Last updated: 2026-07-28
Comprehensive US state privacy laws apply to some of our readers — California’s CCPA/CPRA and equivalents in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and further states. This notice supplements the Privacy Policy for them.
Categories and Where They Come From
What is covered: identifiers, including IP address and cookie or device IDs; internet activity, meaning your navigation of this site; and, if you gave one, an email address. These reach us from your own browser and from analytics or advertising partners where such partners are active.
Your Control
You may exercise rights of access, correction, deletion and portability, and may opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising. Where state law allows, you may appeal if we say no. Making a request will never result in worse service or different terms; anti-discrimination provisions apply and we honour them.
Data Sharing
We take no payment for personal information. Where ads are served, however, advertising and cookie identifiers may be shared with partners, and state law defines ‘sale’ and ‘share’ widely enough to include that. The opt-out is at Do Not Sell or Share My Information. We do not knowingly sell or share information about anyone under 16.
To Make a Request
The address for requests is hello@glueseason.com. Opt-outs are additionally available through Global Privacy Control, which we detect and honour with no message needed. We verify by responding to the originating email address, act within the statutory response window, and accept authorised-agent requests supported by written permission.
